
Today marks the last 7th grade collaborative oil pastel project for this school year. Artists worked individually with a variety of colorful oil pastels to recreate this famous painting. Can you guess the well known artist, the "father of Cubism"?

Through a unique opportunity, Building Tomorrow’s Workforce: A Workforce Development Externship, a team from LHS and WHS visited Dymax Corporation in Torrington. The educators learned about innovations in manufacturing which directly impact curriculum development.


WAMOGO ECE US History students enjoyed their experience at the Troutbeck Symposium today. It was a beautiful location and they found the presentation of Dr. Hasan Kwame Jeffries of particular interest!

ECE and AP US History students from Wamogo and LHS had the opportunity to travel to Amenia, NY today for the Troutbeck Symposium. The observation of presentations on historical research will help us determine interest in the completion of our own student projects next year.
